HAPPY FRIDAY BABES & CHEERS TO THE FREAKING WEEKEND!! I'm sure were all probably saying that right about now! I'm so excited it's Friday. I finally don't have to be an adult for 2 days, and I'm thinking of staying in my pajamas all weekend and watching all the Christmas movies. Ben and I were thinking of just doing a Christmas movie marathon and drinking hot coca by the fire. I'm starting to think that's a really good idea. It's that time y'all- temps are dropping and everyone is bringing out their winter gear! Personally, mine has been out for a while, but I live in Boston and it tends to get really cold here. Which brings me to this blog post- winter essentials! These 3 things will elevate a plain look or add some style to your outfit to give it a little winter feel!
BEANIES: Ahhh, these are personally my FAVORITE! I wear these every day of the week. I mean why not??? Beanies are so fun right now, and not to mention they keep your ears warm! If you just want to wear a pair of leggings and a regular shirt well adding a simple beanie to that outfit will elevate the outfit to give it a little more style. I know your probably thinking "really, Shayna" but just trust me on this! Right now I'm loving the beanies with the 2 pom pom's even though they don't look the best on me, but they might look so cute on you! I just personally have a big head! HAHA LOL!
SCARFS: We all love a good scarf, right? A scarf looks so cute with almost anything! Right now I'm loving the fitted dresses or more of a sweater dress with the perfect fringed scarf and some OTK boots. I mean that's a pretty simple outfit. Think about it, it's just the dress and the boots but what really brings it all together and makes all the colors look well put together is the scarf! Doesn't matter if it's a fringed scarf or a blanket scarf.
WRAP COATS: The wrap coat in my photos above is one that I've actually shared with y'all once or twice and I share this exact one because it's the perfect wrap coat to go with just about anything! My favorite are wrap coats because I love how they have a tie around the waist so that if it actually get's really cold then you can tie it up! I also think they are the most flattering. I know that jacket's can be expensive no matter what kind of jacket it is, so I've tried to link a few wrap coast for y'all that aren't too pricey.
With these 3 items you should be able to up your everyday outfit! I want to be comfortable all winter long, and if I had the option of wearing leggings and sweater everyday and just changing up these 3 accessories I most certainly would! You can bet on the weekends this is exactly what I'll have on. I hope y'all have a wonderful weekend! Happy Thursday babes!!! Or should I say Happy Friday Eve..... It's almost that time of the week were we get to get in our comfy clothes, and just relax all weekend! Today I went and did some Christmas shopping I decided to re-decorate my tree in a different way this year. I live with my boyfriend in his home & it's a very old home. Needless to say, the decor isn't the BEST! So I'm surely, but slowly trying to re-decorate. Would that be something that y'all would like to see? The transformation of my house? I even did a little Christmas shopping today, and I was so excited! I love everything about these holidays...
This trench coast is AMAZING! I got it last year and probably only wore it like one time because I'm that type of person that if it's something I saved up for. and worked hard for- I don't like to wear it because I'm nervous it will get dirty. LOL... It keeps me so warm in the winter in Boston! I honestly wished I would've paired this exact coat with something else, but I didn't and fashion can be trial and error sometimes! It has a drape in the front along with a tie so you can tie it up and make it way more cozyyy! It wasn't even that expensive either. That was the best part about it. So, if your looking for a decent trench that will keep you warm. this is the perfect one!
I recently snagged this sweater at Forever 21 the other day when I was in there. and I had the perfect idea for an outfit in my head... Well, once I got home it didn't turn out the way I expected lol! This sweater is so thick and comfortable and I got it on sale for under $20! I know y'all see me wear alot of Forever 21, but I'm on a budget so when I go buy clothes I find the most inexpensive things that still look stylish for y'all! I love how it had the fur in the sleeves on the black part. It would go great with the spanx leggings that I'm wearing and of course some OTK boots, instead of ankle boots like I wore. If I could change this outfit I would wear fuzzy black boots heels or even just black OTK boots!

I can officially say HAPPY HOLIDAYYSSS! I'm so excited about the holidays. I wanna decorate so bad right now, but it was always a family tradition that we put everything up after Thanksgiving, but then you have to take it right back down! Pointless. I want mine up for a while... Lol! So I think I'm going to start doing some Christmas decor this weekend. Anyways. I finally got out of the hospital... yayyy! Thank you to everyone for all your kind words, and all they prayers. I'm so grateful to have you guys even though it's a low following I still LOVE y'all with all my heart! I've never had some of the best friends that I've never met. LOL... Soon I will though.. I don't care how long it takes me or if I never get big I'll continue to do this because I love it! This little black dress is so versatile, you can wear it with anything. You can dress it down or dress it up. I was even thinking of putting a plaid shirt around my waste just for a fashion statement with some cute booties, but I decided to go with this since it's getting towards winter. Fall is slowly fading away and Christmas is approaching us! I really wish I would've went with my black thigh highs, but I didn't have them in the car with me- so this is it! It's so hard to find little black dresses that are inexpensive, but I found us one babes! I love this dress! It's so comfortable and perfect for a night on the town! You can accessorize this dress in so many different ways, and that's what makes it a perfect black dress! NOT TO MENTION it's currently on sale for under $40!!

Happy Saturday morning all my lovely ladies out there and cheers to the freaking weekend!!! I'm so sorry that this post is just now going up- it was suppose to be up yesterday, but with all my headaches and just everything that has been going on this past week I just got really off track. I've literally had one of the LONGEST weeks of my life.. So I'm super excited that it's the weekend, I'm so ready to start a new week. I've been sick all week, suffering from these headaches- and I'm finally starting to feel better. So I should be getting back on track with my normal upload days (which are threw the week) I've found that I like uploading more threw the week instead of on the weekend. Finally, today I feel a little relief so I wanted to get on here and share this amazing outfit!
Y'all I'm totally obsessed with this all black look. Y'all know that I love wearing all black during the winter/fall I just feel that it goes with anything. If I don't have anything to wear or if I'm struggling picking out a outfit I usually always resort to black on black.You can style black on black so many different ways. There are numerous of ways to go with all black! It's just such a versatile look. So today I've styled this super cute outfit for ya'll two different ways. Showing you ladies how to style it during the day to run errands or even at night time to go out for a date night. I personally LOVED both ways this outfit turned out. I would personally wear the date night look for an all day look! For all you ladies out there that don't enjoy wearing heels then you could even wear the day time look for a night out on the town..
Which brings me to this amazing trench coat! Ahhh, I'm a sucker for a good trench coat! I LOVE wearing them, and this trench is AMAZING! I found this coat for such an amazing deal as well. A good trench usually will cost you a pretty penny, but I found this one for a really decent price. Plus, it's from one of my FAVORITE stores- Express. I love Express they've been having a lot of good sales here lately. I found this one for under $100.. It's actually ON SALE right now for 40% off and it comes in 3 different colors. I went with a LG because it did seem to fit a little tight, and I like my trench coats to be a little longer. Overall, I just want to be comfortable in my coat!
